The Standing Committees
Each board member is expected to serve on one of the three Standing Committees - The Program Committee, Development Committee, Management Committee. These committees are collectively responsible for guiding and overseeing all aspects of I-House.
- Program Committee
- The Program Committee oversees core cultural and educational programs sponsored directly by I-House as well as collaborative programs with other organizations.
- Development Committee
- The Development Committee oversees membership, business membership, fundraising (e.g. Annual Auction), endowment, and planned giving.
- Management Committee
- The Management Committee oversees finances, physical plant, personnel, and board development.
