Ten Mondays, January 13th through March 16th; 5-6 PM
Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement practice still practiced today to promote health, vitality, and longevity. Western research has confirmed its many benefits. The gentle, slow, accessible movements of this body/mind practice are used to support organ health, boost immunity, improve flexibility, increase energy, reduce stress, calm the mind and lift the spirit. Qigong can be adapted for all fitness levels.
The ten-week class session begins Monday, January 13 and runs through Monday, March 16. Class runs from 5-6 pm. Session fee is $160 ($150 for I House members.) New and continuing students are welcome and drop-ins can join if space is available! $20/class.
Space is limited and early registration is recommended.
