Description: The class begins with two songs to warm-up and afterwards a build up in intensity to the half way point. At the halfway point there is a change in the intensity so participants are neither overwhelmed nor exhausted. It also gives a break to decrease hart rate. After this break, intensity builds until the class ends with cool-down and stretching. During the class participants are free to get water whenever they like. During the class the instructor will present modifications to movements that participants can use if they are unable to perform certain steps. All the songs are pre-choreographed and are repeated weekly. Every 3 to 4 weeks new songs will be added.
