The Standing Committees

Each board member is expected to serve on one of the three Standing Committees - The Program Committee, Development Committee, Management Committee. These committees are collectively responsible for guiding and overseeing all aspects of I-House.

Program Committee

The Program Committee oversees core cultural and educational programs sponsored directly by I-House as well as collaborative programs with other organizations.

Development Committee

The Development Committee oversees membership, business membership, fundraising (e.g. Annual Auction), endowment, and planned giving.

Management Committee

The Management Committee oversees finances, physical plant, personnel, and board development.
