This year, I-House presented something different. This year, the theme for the 2009 Annual International Conference was "International Fun Food Fest: What's On Your Plate?"

The Speakers and Topics

Five distinguished experts will explore the history, customs, culture, and distinctive characteristics of foods from various regions of the world: Prof. Charlotte Biltekoff (UC Davis), Prof. Charlie Bamforth (UC Davis), Dr. Daniela Barile (UC Davis), Prof. Lou Grivetti (UC Davis), and Dr. Chris Loss, Director of the Ventura Foods Center for Menu Research and Development, Culinary Institute of America.
