Rick Becker, Ph.D. and retired U.S. foreign service officer, will guide participants during 8 two-hour sessions in analysis and discussion of the following international topics:  special envoys, Kenya and human rights R2P (responsibility to protect), global crime, U.S.-China security relations, the global financial crisis, Russia and its neighbors, the Persian Gulf, and peacekeeping.  The course will run from Feb. 3 through March 24, 2010.  Enrollment is limited to 30 participants.  Contact I-House beginning in November for course details, fees and sign-up information.
