Chicken Mole from Ms. Sharon Miller
You will need:
1 cup-up chicken
4 cloves garlic, minced
Consome salt
1-2 onions diced in quarters
Mole Sauce
Recipe Instructions:
1. Put chicken in large pot and cover with water
2. Add garlic, onions, and salt
3. Boil until chicken is done, about 45 minutes
4. Remove chicken and reserve 1 cup broth for Mole
5. Heat up Mole with a little oil in pan for about 10 minutes
6. Add chicken broth and let simmer for about 15 minutes
7. Once Mole is of a gravy consistency, add the boiled chicken into mole.
