Pan a la Catalana (pan con tomate)

Ingredients:

- French baguette, sliced

- Tomatoes, sliced into quarters

- Olive oil

- Salt

 

Method:

Rub sliced tomato on slice of bread, so that the juice moistens the bread. Drizzle desired amount of olive oil over bread (about half a teaspoon is average). Add a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy!
