Corn and Green Chili Salad (Mexico)

Ingredients

2 cup frozen corn, thawed

1 (10 ounces) can diced tomatoes with green chilies

(Optional) 4 fresh tomatoes

1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 cup sliced green onions

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.
