Making a Reservation

To make a reservation please contact us at 530-753-5007 and ask for Ryndie Azevedo, Operations Manager or email the information below to office@internationalhousedavis.org.

  • Date(s) Requested
  • Reservation start time and end time – This includes any time you need for set up and take down.
  • Event start time
  • Type of event – e.g., wedding, birthday, performance, meeting, conference.
  • Format – e.g., dinner/lunch reception, lecture/presentation.
  • Number of people attending – several different rooms are available, knowing the number of people helps us find what rooms will work for your event.
  • Equipment needed – e.g., speakers, mics, projector, screen.
  • Organization (if applicable)
  • Contact person’s name, phone and e-mail address
  • Best time to reach you by phone, if necessary

 

The rates for Members and Non-Members are provided below in separate tables. Peak times are Wednesday after 5pm, Thursday and Friday all day, and Saturday after 5pm. 

Member Rates

Hagan Room 17′ x 16′ Non-Peak: $40/hr

8-10 around table; 4 additional chairs around the perimeter for 14 total. Projector available.
Activities Room Non-Peak: $40/hr

Mrak Terrace Non-Peak: $50/hr

Peak: $53/hr

Front of the house. Three outdoor tables with optional umbrellas. Lights available at night.
Ryerson Patio Non-Peak: $40/hr

Peak: $42/hr

A more private back area with direct access to all other rooms. Three outdoor tables with optional umbrellas and approx. 15 outdoor chairs.
Kitchen Non-Peak: $50/hr

Peak: $53/hr

2 oven, 2 dishwashers, 1 large gas stove, large refrigerator, and ample counter space. Fully stocked.
Audio/Visual Equipment  

$30 for 1 system, $10 per additional

Projector, sound system, microphones, DVD player
Set-Up $30/hr Set up of the tables and chairs. 1 hour minimum.
Take Down $30/hr Take down of tables and chairs, 1 hour minimum.  Renter is still responsible for clean up.

Please note that there is a two-hour minimum charge for renting each room.

Access to your room begins at the time you listed on your contract; if you need earlier access for things like setting up, please remember to include the time as part of your rental contract. Renters are responsible for clean up of the facility, even if the take down service is requested. Failure to do so will incur a $30/hour charge for needed clean up service.
