Start your mornings M-F with tai chi at I-House

Time: M-F mornings
7:15 am – 8:00 am
Description: A morning meditation practice before work, using slow deliberate movements and breathing . Typically about 15-20 minutes of Qi Gong (Eight Pieces of Brocade, 5 Animal, Da Wu, or other forms), followed by about 20-25 minutes of Tai Chi (currently 2-3 repetitions of Beijing 24 form). Everyone is welcome to join and follow along this early session, but the emphasis is on the meditation activity, not on coaching or instruction.

8:00 am – 8:30 am
Instruction, coaching and review for the forms being practiced for anyone who is interested. No previous experience necessary, beginners welcome. Mike Brown is the instructor.
Free to I-House members who may attend either one or both morning sessions as they wish.
