An International Fashion Show will take place at the IF 2012 on Oct. 6, 2012, showcasing people from all over the world. Last year we had a beautiful array of colors as over 60 participants from all 7 continents strutted their stuff in traditional dress. This year expect to see our fabulous runway showcase once again with designs from producer Nathalie Minya, as seen on Oprah. We hope to break stereotypes by exposing both traditional and modern fashions worldwide and describing how they evolved. To make this a meaningful, memorial and flamboyant event, we need YOU. Friends, alumni, families are welcome to be part of the show and audience. We would love to have every country in the world represented and are particularly looking for more Native Americans, Australians, Europeans, Islanders, South Americans.
Producer Nathalie Minya was born in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. She started designing clothes at 15 and developed a career by the time she was 18. She will showcase some of her own designs from her label African Print. Contact her at internationalfashionshow@yahoo.com or go to her Facebook page at www.facebook.com/groups/407164802662811/
